for those of you who have returned or exchanged your iphones, i have a quick question or wo:

1. is apple strict on which ones they take back?? i know that there is no restocking fee and i am still within the 14 day period...
2. how closely do they inspect the iphone when taking in a return?
3. when you got your new one, how did the activation process work since i am assuming you all wanted to keep the same number and account, etc. did the itunes setup recognize that you were already an iphone user or did it start from scratch?

thanks in advance...

There is a restocking fee if the box is opened.

They do have a re-stock fee of 10%. They will ask why andcthey will try to fix it or inspect it.
