Replace SR LED with Applecare

I was wondering, if Apple finds a solution to fix the yellow 1/3 tint on the new LED SR MBP's (perhaps only using LG displays?) would I be able to get my display (that has the yellow tinting at the bottom) replaced with a new one that doesn't through Applecare?

Yes. That or they'd replace the panel in yours.

Highly doubtful. If Apple finds a fault in the design or hardware, they will repair it and not replace it. If you want it replaced, you should do that now.
