That's cool, plagarize the ****ing article by not putting it in quotes.
:p
Sort of sucks they write the article but don't tell you what they are. At least George Carlin was wise enough to say the bad words so you know what they are.
Of course these articles are problably there to sell dictionaries.

Medea, do you have a word in that whole comment that is yours?
I mean you don't even give your on view on it.
BTW, what words have been un-cursified?
What words have been put in, anyone know these words?

Umm I never stated that the article was mine, that's why I put the link on the bottom, maybe you guys have never ventured into the Current Events category......
And as far as giving views, you posted a reply but it really doesn't give your view on the article does it?
Posting the article itself was a statement on the current state of the boards.

I visit it quite frequently, but this is not Current Events Forum is it?
I have even posted my own threads there. (Sorry, whats your prob?)

Well yeah I thought it did, I wanted to know more about it before I was to say if I liked these words '______' to be put into the dictionary or not, but they never stated any words therefore how can I comment on that?
Posting the article itself was a statement on the current state of the boards.
So?
Posting a reply adds to the state of the forums for either the better or worse.
Since obviously you thought it was important enough to post on the boards I though you might have an opinion, but I guess not.

First off I'm not the one with a problem, the fact that two people both bash me for not actually writing an article that I posted is completely absurd.
You can't comment because you don't know exactly what words are in question?
Can you not agree or disagree with the statement that the words you choose are a reflection of yourself? Or any of the other statements in the article?
I agree with the article and that is obviously why I decided to post it, if you disagreed with what it said then you should have said so, or stated why you agree, trolling around the board as you have been doing as of late does not add to the state of the forums for better or worse as you say but instead degrades it.

Woo, sorry for bashing, I didn't think I was going overboard, but remember our friendly mods can settle this, just hit the 'report to mod' button on the bottom of one of my post if I do it again.
And I didn't comment that you didn't write the article, but that you didn't comment on the article itself, I don't expect anyone here to write an article for a newspaper or online site!

If they added the words like 'dumb' or 'loser' I would say that they should but if they add words like 'a female dog', then I think they shouldn't and there reasoning sucks.
'If its on TV it goes in the dictionary' I hate that logic, there are some channels on TV that have those words all the time, but should they be in a dictionary, no.

Em, I have been trolling. Okay, If you will not report me to a moderator, then I will be forced to, well report myself.
And I always though that I was posting relevent information, my thoughts and views.

Must have forgotten the " :p "
(Check again, nope I didn't forget the " :p ". :( )
Though I did forgot to spell check and add a break between the " :p ," and my comment on the article.
Still couldn't find the "bad words" :(

Why was there even an argument over the posting of this article. The article was interesting enough to post, and no, Medea didn't write it himself. Oh boo hoo. Stop making something out of nothing.
And what the article is saying is very true, but all I want to know are the 16 words.

Jesus, I said sorry if I did.
WOW, STOP MAKING SOMETHING OUT OF NOTHING! (caps seems the only way people read what you say here)
All I said was it looked like it didn't comment about it, and he didn't, do I care anymore, no not really.
...all I want to know are the 16 words.
Apparently we all do.
