Apple Airport - Dropping IPs - Must Unplug all the time

I don't know what is going on. I have to unplug my Airport at least 3-4 times a day to get it to keep working. It is annoying me to death. I have no idea what else to do. I have everything set up correctly. It wasn't doing this for the previous year I've had it, but in the last 2-3 months it's been killing me.

I appreciate any help anyone can give me.
 
Are you sure it's not a problem with your ISP?

Exactly what is it doing when you have to unplug it?
