Wasn't at that show, but I saw the on in St Louis a few weeks ago. Tool puts on an AMAZING live show. How was the one you saw? Anyone in the crowd act like jackasses and throw stuff on stage?

I have floor tickets. Could you tell if there was a lot of moshing? How was the opening band? Was there a lot of moshing for the opening band?

I'm buying a camera (one that will fit in my pocket) just for tonight! I can't wait!

Of all the Tool shows I have been to, this tour was the worst.

However, the real great thing about Tool is this:

The worst Tool show is still better than a great show by anyone else.

There was a little bit of moshing near the front, but that was quickly broken up by the bouncers.

Man, let me tell you, you're in for one hell of a show. People said they are getting old and starting to show their age, but I've never seen them more alive. This was by far the best show I've ever seen, although the long interlude-jam sessions got a bit tiresome, but the visuals made up for it. You're in for a treat. Post your pics!

Of all the Tool shows I have been to, this tour was the worst.

However, the real great thing about Tool is this:

The worst Tool show is still better than a great show by anyone else.

i saw 'em June 27th, not too bad of a show
but the Lateralus tour beat it hands down. they just had a lot of raw energy at that point in time. and their opening act was awesome too (tomahawk when i went)

but you're right that their worst is better than just about anyone else.
although i must admit that the drumming duel between danny and the big business drummer was sweet.

I just go back from the montreal one.
My god, Big Business was LOUD.

Anyway, when I went, there was TONS of security, and I got check three times. My camera got through the first two, but no such luck on the third, so I have to leave the camera with coat check. I'm SO MAD. I wanted to take pics SO badly.
If I would have gone 5 minutes before the show started, I would have been able to get it thorough!

Anyway, it was a GREAT show. It's my first time seeing Tool, and I can't wait for them to come again (hopefully with a camera).
I was about 20-30 feet from the stage, on the floor.

If Tool is coming to your town, and it's not sold out, I highly recommend you get tickets and go.
