weird dashboard problem

does anybody else have this display issue when you bring up dashboard?

not sure how it became like this. any suggestions?
 
Have you used something to remove the background to the Widgets directory at the bottom of the screen?
 
haha, no, i didn't do anything intentionally to get this effect. it just happened somehow, not sure how. 😕
