Just curious if anyone is interested in a broken PowerBook G4 Titanium. This was the last rev. The hinge cracked and latch is broken.... and hard drive might be dying... but other than that, it's still a working computer. Boots and runs fine. AirPort card is in it too.

Anyone interested in buying whole?

Any damages to the LCD at all?

Is it strictly the hinge that is a problem?

Cosmetically, it's a 3 out of 10. AND there's the cracked hinge (right one if you're looking at the LCD. The LCD has the usual signs of wear, grease and keyboard imprints. It definitely looks used. REALLY USED.

So if you were thinking about picking this up just for the casing, you can forget about that. (oh, and bottom case is falling off)

Known working parts are: LCD, Logic Board (1GHz), AirPort Card, HD (may have to format and test this, but seems ok), Keyboard (really dirty though). Optical drive is likely dead or dying.

So, with that in mind... we can value at least the AirPort card at $50, the LCD at $50+, and the Logic Board at about $100? Plus misc. parts inside...

Highest bidder? I'd really rather not part it out.

I sent you a PM, and I'm still pretty interested. Before I make an offer, I would like to see a few pictures, just so I can get a feel for what need to be fix and how bad the rest is.

Thanks.

You may want to check ifixit.com too, they gave me decent money for my TiBook.

If you end up parting it out, I am interested in the RAM....
