Hi, is the 160gb HD heavier than the 120 gb HD? Will it add more weight to the MBP?

Also, is it worth upgrading to 160 for $75?

It would probably add a negligible amount of weight. I wouldn't worry about it. And if you think you'll need the extra 40gb, then of course it's worth the upgrade.
