Dear All,

I have been using my trusty "Gigabit Ethernet" PowerMac G4 (dual 500 Mhz) for years now and am looking to upgrade. It blew its ATA controller last fall and I replaced it with an ATA PCI card. I took the opportunity to install two 250 GB Seagate hard drives at the same time. I also installed an ATI Radeon 9000 Pro about 3 years ago as well as 2 GB RAM. Other than that it is standard equipment (it came with an Airport card and an internal Zip drive, the latter no longer a selling point anymore!).

I'm still on the fence about whether to upgrade or not, which is why I'm seeing what I might expect to get for this trusty old machine. Make me an offer I can't refuse!

I have almost this exact unit at home! (sans 2GB RAM and ample HD space)

Runs like a champ. Highly recommend this computer for anyone looking for a low-mid range PPC mac. Still a very VERY capable machine, especially with the upgrades this guy has put into it.

Mine runs 10.4.10 quick and speedy on 1.12GB RAM, can't even imagine how fast it is on 2GB.

Best of luck with the sale!
