Time ok to buy 23" display?

i have it here in the box, unopened, sitting on the floor. but the web is buzzing that revs are right around the corner....

what possible improvement could they offer that should have me return this one to the applestore?

New look, better resolution...

did you get it refurbished? Refurbished ones are only 700

the biggest improvement might be: hdcp support for hd-movies (bluray/hd-dvd drive required)

hdcp? the hell with that. the only thing i could think of that might be worth considering would be LED back light. but i'm getting the feeling that 23" leds are quite a few months off at least.

They could also include a built in iSight. Regardless, I don't see how that's worth waiting for. Open your display and start enjoying it.
