Problem with Vibrate Feature

I've tried the vibrate feature while it was in my pocket and could barely feel it while standing still, and could not feel it at all while walking, and it's just as bad with the iphone in a case attached to my belt.

I've tried this with other iphones at the Apple Stores and ATT stores and they have similar feel to it. :(

Anyone out there experiencing the same thing?

Feels pretty good to me, might be a little weak. I can definitely feel it go off in my pocket.

No. Actually, the iPhone has a stronger vibrate than my last phone(s). Last one being RAZR.
