looking for inspiration...

Hey all,

i recently set myself up a blog. I've kinda got bored with the blogging thing now so i'm looking for something new to do with my domain.
as you can see i've got my webcam on there and the song i'm currently listening to - anyone think of any cool stuff i could do? I'm "fluent" in PHP and have apache running locally (which is how the webcam + currently playing thing work) so that gives me quite a lot of stuff to play with. Any ideas?

How about a realtime communication device that allows people to communicate to one another using graphic elements instead of 'letters' that help to bring down the inherent difficulties in understanding between languages??

Could you set your webcam for real time live action? How about us having the open to listen to your music also?

nice idea but i wouldn't have a clue where to start on the webcam.

As for my music; surely there are some copyright issues there?
