What is the symbol for the Nasdaq Composite Index? I can't seem to get it on the iPhone.
and how about the S&P?

Enter SPX and search. Pick the first one that comes up (^GSPC).

how do i take off certain stocks and add stocks onto my iphone?

Hit the little "i" icon in the lower right corner to get to the backside. Then use "+" to add symbols and the circled "-" to delete them.
