The 64bit version on Windows Vista has a lot of incompatibilities, so if you were to get one, get the 32bit version.

Bootcamp only works with 32 bit Vista if i remember correctly so i think you have your decision made for you already

Apple only supports the 32-bit version. The 64-bit one *may* work but 32-bit is the recommended one.

I have installed 64bit vista with bootcamp 1.3 on my MBP. Only because I wasn't concentrating when I bought Vista and had intended to get the 32bit edition.
It works fine, although does run very hot, so would not recommend for extended usage. There are several driver issues but have managed to get Airport and ethernet working still not got bluetooth running and the trackpad does not allow for 2 finger scrolling.
