collapsing effect help please

Hey all,

I want to create an online CV where there is a heading for each section, i.e. employment, contact details, etc. etc. and under each the relevant info.

Now I would like to display it in such a way that next to each heading is a icon that collapses and open each segment, if you've seen facebook recently you can do it on the profiles. is this an easy effect, can anyone point me in a direction that would help please?
