Hi!
I just got my Macbook Pro and connected my Windows-formatted Nano to it. I was able to view the songs on the iPod in my iTunes-Software. I was able to access my Nike+-Data as well.
I then saw, that the iPod itself was still showing its normal screen and not then one when connected to a computer ("Do not disconnect.") - so I wondered if I was able to listen to music while it is connected to my mac and tried to enter the music-folder. As I pressed the center-button, things went bad. iTunes gave me an error-message and I disconnected and restarted the iPod. After that I was not able to find any songs listed on my iPod anymore, although my Nike+-history was still viewable.
I then connected the iPod to the Mac again and got the following message:
"iTunes cannot read the contents of the iPod 'HENNINGS IP'.[...]"
I am still able to access files on the iPod, and since still 7.3GB are used, it seems like all files remained on the iPod.
How can I get them back to be listed? I am not at home so I cant sync the iPod...
