Just starting out

I have a separate hard drive available just for windows. Which version is most beneficial to install at this point and how do I do it since it will be a separate hard drive.

XP is definitely the most beneficial to have installed at the moment. My expertise ends there though because I've never tried installing a dual boot system on a Mac. Someone will tell you the rest.:)
