Does anyone know how much it will cost to get a developers kit for Wii Ware? I'm just looking fora rough estimate, such as $300 vs $3000.

The Wii development kit itself is about $3k. WiiWare, AFAIK are just software development tools and some kind of license. I haven't looked into WiiWare but I suspect it will be very cheap since hardware doesn't come into it. You likely get a Warioworld account and submit games through there.
