Can I capture Video On Mac Mini?

So this is my setup.

hdtv & xbox 360 connected via Componet HD Cable

I want to get a mac mini and some how split the component cable from my xbox to go to my tv and to the mac mini.

I then want to be able to capture video from the xbox 360.

Is this possible? Thanks.

Can I put a mini stack on the mac mini and use the svideo cable some how?

hmm. first reply. Ok I'm not quite sure what you are trying to achieve but if I understand you I don't think its possible because the mac mini only has video out not video in. sorry :)
