Best place to purchase a battery?

I have a iPod mini and I am looking to the best and cheapest place to purcahse an upgrade battery. I don't want to do ebay as I rather no sit and weed out the cheap ones from the good ones. I dont want to spend more than 10(before shipping that is). Thank you.

Not a terrbile price but its the shipping and the fact that I have to pay tax since i am also in california that kind of turns me off. Is there anyother place that sells them. Maybe a 650mah or more? I plan to use rockbox so yeah the bigger the better.

Also is there maybe a place that sells them slightly used or two for the price of one or purchase one and get the second one discounted? Again I rather not get it from ebay.
