I have a ton of .avi files to convert and am wondering if VisualHub is the best way to go. I've tried the demo and it seems to work well but the resulting m4v video is slightly darker than the original. Is there a special setting to help avoid the dark color shift? Is there something better at converting .avi files that's better than VisualHub?

I think from reading VisualHubs forums, the darkness issue is a problem with QuickTime. If you play the same file back in VLC or MPlayer, it'll be a lot brighter. I haven't seen any workarounds, but I haven't been back on their forums for awhile.
Even with that, I still love VisualHub to pieces.
