Is Office 2003 even out? And how can MS Server 2003 be best when it just came out? I think it's out?

Who are the 1000 people voting in this poll? The margin of error on this thing has got to be huge.

If you've ever taken a basic stats class you would know that 1000 people is plenty enough to represent a huge population. For example, standard Gallup polls (such as the one for the president's approval rating) often involve just around 1000 people yet they accurately represent the entire 300+ million population of the US to a margin of error no greater than 2 or 3 percent.
Of course, this is completely dependent on the manner in which the poll respondants are selected. I don't know how infoworld conducted their poll so I really can't say how accurate it is or how large the margin of error may be.

I have an idea for the biggest IT disaster for the year: Universal Plug 'n' Play being enabled by default, perhaps?
