i was looking to buy a scanner and saw that apple is selling these 2 Canon scanners on their website. the 4400F is half the price, but it seems like it has the EXACT same specifications minus a few software programs. anyone know the difference between these two? is the 8600F supposed to be much faster than the 4400F?
