export from Apple Motion for DVD

i need to export some files from Apple Motion 2 to be used in DVD Studio Pro 4. -some are strictly created in Motion
-some have quicktimes exported from FCP 5 as well

i am creating a sd ntsc 4:3 dvd but am unsure of the settings i need to establish...

Export at 720 x 480, uncompressed 8 bit.

Also I usually check "Use field rendering" in the Output tab so that it's interlaced for TV. Especially if you mix it with normal video. Otherwise you'll notice Motion stuff seems choppier, because you'll see the difference between 60 pictures (interlaced) and 30 pictures (non interlaced) a second.
