Ok guys,
I know enough HTML to modify pages, but not create a nice looking page. I used a program called Site Studio to make my site, but that is PC only. I need a mac program. I need it to be affordable. I need it to let me design visually, but also make HTML modifications. Does anyone know about a program that I can use on Mac for these purposes that create professional looking sites?

You could try coda, dreamweaver or Nvu.

Coda (http://www.panic.com/coda/) is the way forward. :)
Freeway Express (http://www.softpress.com/products/freewayexpressin.php) lets you build a WYSIWYG website from scratch or with the templates. You can use hand coding to write or enhance the site. There's also a Pro version.

Nvu (http://www.nvu.com/index.php) is what first comes to mind.

I second the motion on Rapidweaver, or Dreamweaver. It tends to be a matter of preference because frankly all of them do work and like anything else there's advantages and disadvantages.
Try 30 day trials where available to see what is the best fit for you, your abilities, and preferences.

w00t! rapidweaver rocks. You can't edit the templates in the app, but you can edit what goes in the content box

dreamweaver is good for sure, if you can afford it... or your a pirate.
coda seems good, but less feature intense than dreamweaver, so for a beginner... may be not as good.
rapidweaver has built in templates and you can make a good looking site quickly, but to make your own template you'll still need an external editor really.
