I don't like the way Myspace is set up(it's horrible), so I was wondering it it was possible to just put a white box over the entire page(sort of just erase the whole thing, or just hide it), make a web page in iWeb, and place that on top. Is it possible? I am pretty HTML savvy,

It takes a lot more than just html hacking, but it helps. There are plenty of sites (http://www.mikeindustries.com/blog/archive/2006/04/hacking-myspace-layouts) out there to give you information. It is based more on CSS, so if you are comfortable with that, you can host the css on whatever web site you wish.
