Barry Bonds tied the all-time home run record today.

And the San Francisco Giants remain buried in last place.

Just like it should be.

A-Rod hit 500. Yankees are slowly coming back.

Which they always seem to do after the All Star break. :p

Anyway, I wish Bonds name in the record books will have size 72 font and in bold saying, " POSSIBLE STEROID USER".

Finally, something Yankees and Red Sox fans can agree on :D
I still love the picture of Bonds at Fenway

All of MLB needs an *, not just Bonds, and not just for the steroid era.

Why is corking your bat, scuffing the ball, stealing signs, negro leagues, fixing games, fantom tags, midget batters, tie all star games, unbalanced schedules, interleague play, lower mounds, 8 game longer seasons, juiced balls, dead balls, the DH, expansion teams, international players, cortisone shots, greenies, elbow pads, computer analysis, team trainers and the like just 'part of the history of the game', but steroid use is being vilified?

Major League Baseball is better with steroids.

Yeah, I just searched for it but couldn't find it.

However, I found this quote on ESPN:

lol, if someone actually did that, Barry might fly into a rage and pound them...

I don't care one way or the other that he breaking it....he's only keeping it warm for A-rod, unless of course he gets hurt or something...

On a much lighter (and legitimate) note, Tom Glavine got his 300th career win today.

Too bad he got it with the Mets; I miss the good ol' days when my Braves had the trio of Maddux, Glavine and Smoltz. *sigh*

So to recap, good for Glavine and who gives a rat's about Bonds.
