i don't see anything, so i can't comment on the validity of of the photo.

ok, there's the link. please, the image is obviously fake. why is the picture so fuzzy? did many bothans die to bring this image?
 
It's fake it is a photoshopped 5G iPod, very similar images have been floating around the internet for a long time now.
