I have an appointment at my local Genius Bar to repair my MacBook, should I bring anything besides the computer (power supply, etc.)?

you shouldn't need to bring anything else, unless the problem with your computer is something being caused by something else like the power supply. Otherwise, just the computer is fine!

Agreed, the computer is all you need. They usually won't take the additional stuff, unless you or they believe it's the cause of the problem you're having.
