How can I take music off of my iPhone? PLEASE HELP!

So I'm using a different laptop than the one I actived and synced my iPhone with. How can I take music and photos off of my iPhone and put it back on my computer. I guess what I'm asking is how can I take a few songs off and not take the whole library off?

1. Jailbreak
2. Run iPhoneInterface or iPHUC
3. getfile /var/root/Media /Wherever/You/Want/To/Save/It
4. Drag folder to iTunes with "organize my music" enabled.
