iPhoto 08 question: what does "HOLD" mean?

Just curious why it says hold to the right of the current collection of pics you are looking at?

point your mouse at it and itll tell you

other than what it says, i cant help ya, use the search feature in help...nevermind the help is useless

If you look at Apple's support, they removed hold in iPhoto 7.0.1. It was apparently used for easy sorting of events, but the support article claims cut and paste was deemed better.

Do a software update and it will disappear.

I thought it was just kind of like "last" or "previous"... it just seems to hold the last event you looked at so you can get back to it quickly. 😕
