Capturing Streaming Video

Are there any OSX applications that allow you to record a streaming video from the web? I am cutting some political footage for the Howard Dean campaign and the ability to use some of the freely available video online would help.

QuickTime Pro (http://www.apple.com/quicktime/upgrade/) will let you save some formats.

I just found streambox VCR on Versiontracker too.
