I'd like to start off the posts with a question thats been on my mind for quite some time:

What the hell is Exchange?!

I could go to their web page to find out, but that would leave my soul unclean and i couldn't live with myself.

Microsoft proprietary mail/groupware server. Made to work exclusively with MS Outlook (not Outlook Express) mail client in office settings.

It's calendering/groupware support is pretty darn great - but I don't really understand why many people use it just for email.
