Web calendar solution

I'm looking for a web calendar that will sync automatically with entourage or iCal if I can find a program that will pull in the data better from Entourage.

Any suggestions?

iCal and Entourage both support iCalendar, that link may give you some pointers to compatible services. Certainly Google Calendars can be subscribed to with iCal

Coming in Leopard (hopefully) is support for CalDAV in iCal which should open more opportunities for publishing calendars from iCal to a webserver.
