IPhone Stereo Headset

Has anyone tried to use the iphone wired headset (comes with iphone) with MBP? Does either the audio output or microphone work?

I am going to assume that you have tried this yourself by now, to see that the stock Apple iPhone headphones *do* work with typical/standard mini-lplug headphone jacks, like the one on your MBP.
