Like the title says: After all these complains, who likes his/her new imac?

I would've made a poll, but I couldn't find an option for that. So if someone could make a thread with poll, you can delete this one.

I'll let you know as soon as it gets here :)

However, since most of the people who complain about it here haven't even used one I guess I could start praising/bitching about it straight away. ;)

I bought a 24" iMac and a loving it so far. It's my first mac, been waiting since February. Lot better than the eMachines I was using.

I like my iMac. Its fast, quiet, doesnt run too hot, has a beautiful screen and is sleek/sexy. Thumbs up overall. The only thing is i wished they made the screen height adjustable but otherwise im happy.

I also love my 20" 2.4 Ghz model. Its quiet, looks sexy and very speedy! Wouldn't change it for anything (other than a mac pro and a 30" display :))

Regarding the height of the iMac, is the vertical height Apple quote from the bottom of the stand, or just the bottom of the display? This is a key thing for me - can't believe Apple don't state that.

Me! I'm loving it!

I was really worried about the glossy screen thing before I bought it too, but I needn't have worried. It's just fine. Absolutely no complaints about any of it whatsoever :D

I'm loving my new 20" one too, it's yet to make any fan noise or anything, it's extremely cool to the touch and I'm also loving the glossy screen!

No complaints from me either :)

Oh, and despite my initial reservations the keyboard is great too!

Gorgeous, simply gorgeous - I've got a 24" model and I'm loving it!

It's quiet, powerful, sexy, doesn't run hot and neither the glossy screen nor unusual keyboard are a problem. I really can't fault it.

Got it this Saturday, and I am absolutely, positively in love with it! This is my first Mac...

I got a 20" for work

PROS
Glare not as bad as people say.
very Fast :)

CONS
Not happy with the build quality, not as sturdy as last model. Perhaps Apple has had to cut corners to fit it all into the smaller form.

I'm curious, what don't you like about the build quality? I thought it was beautifully engineered and I'm an engineer! Not having a go - just curious. :)

Two thumbs up for my new 20". Haven't found a thing to complain about yet. It's fast, quiet, and I absolutely love the display and keyboard.

This is my first mac and I love it! I love the screen, I love the size (24 inch) and I love not having a million cords!

Oh and it plays the game I have perfectly lol

Very happy. Think I might have gone overboard buying a 24" instead of the 20" but otherwise no complaints. :)

This is my first mac as well and I wouldn't change a thing!! It's my best tech purchase since the iphone!!!

irishgrizzly- I would also like to know what it is about the build quality that you don't like. I haven't noticed anything yet...

Don't get me wrong – it's nothing major. I'm comparing it to the last iMac — It seemed more sturdy, like it could take a few knocks (which it frequently did). I suppose quality is the wrong term – implies that it's now crappy. Just that I'd be more wary about transporting it around (Not a big deal in a desktop).
