Need info please

I need one of 2 things because the Apple website is making me go round in circles and I'm starting to get frustrated.

1, an email address with which I can contact Apple about a piece of software.

2, the license agreements for software so I know where I stand when it comes to returning software which doesn't work. I know Apple have online versions but I can't find them.

I'm having terrible issues with Aperture (see here http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=341814 ) and I'm wanting to return this piece of junk and use Lightroom instead.

Yes actually, I went there because nobody helped me here, I've made a thread, nobody has yet to reply there either!

Give it some time...your thread here is only a few hours old, and your one over there is not even two hours old. Only a relatively small subset of users are going to be able to address your question, so it might take a little while to get a response.
