iWeb files

I have a friend that wants me to help them with a site they are building in iWeb. I am not at a Mac right now so I can't figure this out on my own. Can someone tell me if it is possible to get the iWeb Site from their system to mine? If so, where is the project file located? Thanks.

it is located in ~/Library/Application Support/iWeb
