I have a PowerBook G4 that I'm primarily using for audio editing and sound engineering. I would like to get multiple displays going on my laptop to make editing easier. I have heard that the TripleHead2Go won't work with a Powerbook, but I read a blog of someone actually getting it to work. Has anyone gotten this to work, or know anything about this. Here is a link to that blog.

I have a couple of the DualHead2Gos that I use on My Macbook Pro and my Powerbook G4, and they work fine. According to their site:
the TripleHead2Go is not supported on a Powerbook, probably because the graphics card isn't beefy enough.
After reading the blog you listed, it does sound feasable if you're ok with 640x480 at 60Hz. That's ok for his VJ work, but if you are planning to span across all 3 monitors with your audio software, I think you'll be dissapointed.
You could easily run the DualHead2Go at higher resolutions and get better results.
