Connecting to a Print Server

I have a printer attached to my server.
Its called Josh's Printer
Now I have never had to connect a printer to my mac before so whats the best way to do it. In the address do I just type in IP/Josh's Printer
Or is there another way to do it?
 
If you use Printer Setup Utility in the Utilities folder, it should find it automatically for you. You may need to install a drive though, depending on the make and model. 🙂
