uploading pictures to an iweb site.

My son is living in Argentina and I am trying to find a way that he might upload pictures while he is there. Is he able to do that from a general PC to an iweb account?
 
Nope.

iWeb only works from the computer you have the software on.

Your best bet would be to have him sign up at flickr.com or another photo hosting site and upload the photos there. Then, you could just link to that page on your iWeb site.
