Need A Free Backup Utility for Windows XP

The title pretty much explains it all. I just built an external HD so i didn't get any software to use. I want something in addition to what is included with Windows itself (since there are some utilities if you sift through the muck)...


So do you know any easy to use, free backup utilities that will allow me to schedule backups of my system and/or specific folders to my external drive on a Windows XP machine?

I use Allway Sync (http://allwaysync.com/). Not sure if it's exactly what you're looking for, but I've never had any problems with it.

i use SyncToy (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/digitalphotography/prophoto/synctoy.mspx)for folder syncs.. there is info on how to schedule it using the windows scheduler.
