How do you disable in-line mouse over ads in Sarafi

I usually use Camino and have never seen this problem with it. But recently Ive started using Sarafi more and I notice alot of sites have these highlighted links within a story and if you mouse over it a search box or ad-type thing pops up. Any way to disable this?

Can you post a link to a site that has said advertisements?

I want to see if the Saft plugin will block them.

Foxnews was the site in the screen cap I posted. But Ive seen it at several other sites.

MacWorld UK has these. I blocked them by putting *allflash_adunit* in SafariBlock.
