I hate this glossy screen

I love my blackbook but hate the glossy screen. Flourescent lights make it harder to see when i dim down the display for longer battery life.

Any idea when the ultraportable MBP will be ready because I really want to sell this bad boy now.
 
Who knows. This is a rumor site after all, so nothing is concrete anyway - there is no proof that an ultra portable is even coming, although I would say it's highly probable.

On top of this, who is to say the ultra portable will come with a screen option? Glossy is obviously the way apple is headed..

Although I can understand your problem, there isn't a lot that anyone can do. This is one of the problems of a massive company like apple only offering five computer types, compared to dell's countless varieties of model and countless add-on upgrades.

I like the apple way, but it comes at a sacrifice as you're finding out.
 
mine macbook screen is fine except in direct sunlight. 😕

and an ultracompact is mere rumor. who knows, when or if ever.
look at the iphone rumors. those lasted years.
and others like the asteroid ones never surfaced.
