Alright, so I have an older computer that I want to connect to my Airport Extreme. It has windows 98, so obviously I can't connect to it via WAN because the AirPort utility disc is uncompatable.
Can I connect to it via LAN, and how would I do that? I just plugged it in, but it seams to be having trouble. Thanks for the help!
:D

Make sure the network adapter has the driver installed.

Well im trying to connect via LAN, so there isn't a wireless network adapter. Also, the AirPort CD dosn't support Windows 98; but why do you need the AirPort Utility for LAN?

winipcfg - type that under START / RUN. Make sure you refresh the network adapter and you should grab an IP address automatically.
