Transfering XP to Mac via Parallels

Is there any way, while using Parallels (on Windows XP), to gain access to the XP files and vice versa (when using MAC OS X, getting your XP files) via Parallels?

EX: I have Paralles on my Mac and want to get a file off of "My Documents" that I have in Windows XP. Where can I go on my Mac to get the file?

What version of Parallels are you using (and what build number)? Parallels Desktop 3.0 and later support mounting the Windows disks on the Mac desktop and accessing files from them while the virtual machine is running. Shared folders can be used for accessing Mac files from within Parallels.
