uploading imported iphoto 08 files

how do i upload photos that i've imported from my camera to iphoto08. When i go to myspace for example i can't navigate to them in the finder.
 
Once they are in iPhoto, drag the photo you want to the desktop and upload to MySpace from there. Stay out of the finder!
