Hey,
I have a 30GB 5.5G ipod that I just sent in to be repaired (was freezing). So, when I had my old photo, they would send me back an ipod that looked as good as new with no scratches. With all of the buzz about the new iPod I decided I will probably sell this one. But I have one important question, is it new or refurbished? How do I know? How would I list it on ebay? I'd like to get as much as possible, but don't want to say that its new if it isn't. Thanks for any help.
