iPod iPod mini?

It's physically larger than a Nano. It is essentially what the 1G Nano replaced and what the 2G Nano harkens back to in terms of design. Mono screen. Biggish, but small compared to its full-sized contemporary iPods. Very popular model in its day.

Of course, its day was some time ago.

Really? No, really? The nano came out in '05 - the aluminium one came out last year. Surely you're not 3 years old?

Nice collection Chundles.

Mine looks sort of like that...just not to that extent. Is it ridiculous to collect iPods of each generation?!?!
 
I still prefer my green mini to my 5G iPod just because I like the feel. It's a lot more responsive than the 5G, and I really like the smooth aluminum feel. 😀

Yeah, no, that's not mine.

That's a photo from iLounge's "2006 Year In Review"

I have a 3G iPod, 2G mini, 1G nano, 1G shuffle and a 5.5G iPod - excessive yes but not in the same ballpark as that photo.
