I have a wacom tablet and until now I have used Sketchbook as my main 2D drawing program.

Though with my new Macbook, Sketchbook doesn't work anymore!

What are some tablet drawing applications I can use for my Macbook?

You can start here (http://www.wacom.com/productsupport/tesoftware.cfm). There is a menu at the bottom of the page to filter by operating system.

artrage 2 is a cool program, and it is only 20 bucks. But Photoshop is the way to go:cool:

The two I use are ArtRage (http://www.ambientdesign.com/artrage.html) and Corel Painter X (http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satellite/us/en/Product/1166553885783)

Same answer as others, Painter, Illustrator, PS and Flash. All will depend on what you like or really might need down the road as well as how your style develops.

Nice link with the list of programs :D
